Bartending is not only a means for making extra money and getting out of the house, but it is also a passion of mine… Since, Well, I like to drink :).
One of my favorite things to make is Sangria, because you can really put almost anything together and it will taste good.
Sometimes I like to play with different liquors, Puckers and Cordials to see what concoction I can come up with! Below I list my favorite!!
My sangria recipe is pretty basic but absolutely delicious and fun to bring to summer get-together or just to have on hand for a girls night!
I make a couple variations of the same Sangria and will note them below, but the sangria recipe in the pictures are as follows. I like to have a batch of sangria on hand for the beginning of each season as a special treat… As I have been watching my sugar, this has been a very special treat from my weekend getaway… Once its gone, I won’t make another until Fall!
First you need your supplies.
I usually get the large bottle of relatively cheap wine… Personally I like Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc.
Ingredients to have on hand to be able to make an easy batch of sangria!
- 1 Large Bottle of White Wine – Your preference
- Fifth Triple Sec
- Pucker – Peach, Apple, Etc… Get a Fifth, it will last a couple batches.
- Fifth of Brandy
- Vodka – Flavored is usually best
- Juice – Pineapple, Orange, Lemonade, Apple
- Setlzer
Recipes I’ve come up with! For each recipe, add all the ingredients together, whisk and serve…

*** Please Serve this with a warning as it is very sneaky and very strong…
Below is the Makings of my Breakfast Sangria – With White Wine – I made this for our weekend in Provincetown…
*I did not put Vodka in these batches as I normally do, I was sharing with women that don’t usually drink all that much and didn’t want it to be too strong!
Here you can see which size bottle I used for which container

Have something fun coming up? Try one of these out!! They will absolutely be a hit!!
Best Practice – Add Ice to each glass… and refrigerate the sangria so that it doesn’t get watered down…
Another Pro Tip – Freeze the Main Juice in the Sangria, to have non diluting ice cubs!!
Enjoy!!
